Submit employer claims for the T Level industry placement incentive fund

DfE Sign-in is the new way to access your DfE online services and has now replaced Secure Access.

The T Level industry placement employer incentive fund supports employers providing industry placements.

You should use this service to claim for incentive payments you have already made to employers. Claims for placements starting on or before 31 July 2022 must be submitted by 17:00 on 12 August 2022. You will not be able to submit a late claim.

Before you start

Before you submit a claim, you should read the accompanying published guidance

Ensure you have:

• a DfE Sign-in account
• the name and address of the employer you need to claim for
• the Unique Learner Number (ULN) for each student completing a placement with the employer
• the T Level title and start date for each student
• the start date of the industry placement
• a relevant signed and completed employer declaration form
