The T Level and Transition Programme recruitment progress is operated by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) which is a part of the Department for Education (DfE). For the purpose of data protection legislation, the DfE is the data controller for the personal data processed as part of this service.
How we will use your information
We receive your personal data:
- directly from information you have entered yourself on the webform, or
- via the DfE Sign-In service,
The aim for this service is to collect data relating to recruitment progression on T Levels, Transition Programmes and Industry Placements and we will use your personal information to:
- allow you to access the form
- send you an email confirmation on submission
- contact you if we need to discuss your future T Levels delivery

- the organisation you work for

We will keep information submitted as part of the T Level and Transition Programme recruitment progress for up to ten years past the end of the financial year in which your application was made, to support financial audit requirements.
